Q. What does “no evidence” mean?

A. Evidence can include any item that the suspect brought to the scene to commit the crime and left behind. Evidence does not include: a rock that was thrown through a window.

Q. What is a known suspect?

A. A known suspect is when you or someone else knows the person or where to find that person who committed the crime or the licence plate number of the vehicle the suspect(s) were in.

Q. What if this happened in another city or town, can I use the Online Reporting System?

A. No. Only incidents that happened in the city of Lethbridge or the town of Coaldale are reportable using this system.

Q. What if Online reporting is not for me?

A. If your incident is an emergency or the incident is in progress, call 9-1-1. If it is a non-emergency, call 403-328-4444.
