Collision Reporting Centre closing for two days to facilitate move back to police headquarters

Lethbridge Police are advising the public the Collision Reporting Centre will be closed March 14 and March 15 while staff complete the move back to police headquarters.

The CRC had been temporarily relocated off site for the duration of construction on the expansion to the police station.

On March 14 and 15, while the CRC is closed, parties involved in collisions where there are no injuries and the vehicles are drivable, should attend the front counter of the police station to provide a report. All collisions where the combined damage exceeds $2,000 must be reported.

In collisions involving injuries, with fixed objects, the damaged vehicles are not drivable or a criminal offence is suspected (i.e. impaired driver), please call 403-328-4444 and an officer will be dispatched to attend the location.

The Collision Reporting Centre will re-open in its permanent location at the LPS station on March 16.
