Drugs seized and $54,000 worth of stolen property recovered

Lethbridge Police have recovered drugs and a significant quantity of stolen property following a short-term investigation into a group of people responsible for numerous residential and commercial break-ins.

In mid-September members of the Priority Crimes Unit began investigating a group of individuals believed to be responsible for a string of property crimes in the community including residential and commercial break and enters and thefts from vehicles.

At the end of the month several search warrants were subsequently executed and police recovered approximately $54,000 worth of stolen property and quantities of cocaine, marihuana, methamphetamine and fentanyl.
