Lethbridge Regional Police continue to investigate a homicide that claimed the lives of three city residents.
On April 28, 2015 just before 2:30 a.m. police located the bodies of three people – two males and one female – inside a home along the 200 block of McGill Boulevard. Police had responded to the residence after a concerned neighbour requested that officers check on the welfare of the occupants.
The victims have been identified as 27-year-old Kyle Osborn Devine, 24-year-old Clarissa Michelle English and her brother, 18-year-old Dakota Julius Ray English. All three resided at the McGill Boulevard home.
The bodies of the victims were removed from the home Tuesday afternoon and are being transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Calgary to undergo autopsies. Two of the autopsies are scheduled for today and the third on Thursday.
A portion of McGill Boulevard was closed most of Tuesday, but re-opened to traffic in the early evening. Officers maintained continuity of the residence overnight and members of the Forensic Identification Unit continue to process the crime scene.
Police wish to re-iterate investigation to date indicates the deceased persons are the victims of a targeted incident – not a random crime – and there is no evidence to suggest any ongoing risk to neighbours or the general public.
Investigation is ongoing and no further details will be released at this time.
