Three people charged in connection with serious assault

Lethbridge Police have charged two men and a woman with aggravated assault and assault with a weapon in connection with an incident where two men were stabbed.

On April 22, 2017 at approximately 6:30 p.m. police responded to a report of a serious assault along Berkeley Place West. Upon arrival police located a 19-year-old man and 22-year-old man with severe injuries. They were transported to Chinook Regional Hospital with multiple stab wounds to the upper body that were initially believed to be life-threatening.
