Lethbridge Regional Police have charged a second person in connection with a stabbing along 13 Street North.
On Sept. 29, 2014 at approximately 10:30a.m. police responded to a report of a male in medical distress at the Northside Medical Clinic along the 400 block of 13 Street North. Police and EMS attended and located a 29-year-old man with stab wounds. The victim was transported to hospital and treated for serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. He remains in hospital.

The vehicle stopped and the victim was confronted by a 32-year-old male acquaintance. A physical altercation ensued and the victim was stabbed multiple times. The subject returned to the vehicle and it fled the area.
The 32-year-old male subject and the female driver of the vehicle were subsequently located and arrested later in the day.
This was a targeted crime that involved a subject and victim who are known to one another.
The incident was not related to the medical clinic.
