Lethbridge Regional Police have charged two women in connection with an assault that occurred last month at a local mall.

Lethbridge Regional Police are hoping to play belated Santa and put a sack full of found presents back under the rightful owner’s tree.
On Dec. 27, 2013 a citizen located a bag containing multiple, wrapped gifts on top of a dumpster outside London Drugs. The presents were turned in to police but attempts to locate the owner have been unsuccessful.
The presents consist of books, a shirt, drawing materials, a blanket and three decorative window ornaments.
Lethbridge Regional Police have charged a 21-year-old woman with aggravated assault and weapons offences in connection with a stabbing.On January 1, 2014 at approximately 3:51 p.m. police responded to a report that a male had been stabbed during an altercation with a female in the area of the 800 block of 2 A Avenue North. Upon arrival an injured male was located and transported by EMS to hospital. He was treated for multiple, but non-life-threatening stab wounds, and has since been released.
UPDATE: Police have located and arrested a 37-year-old male charged in connection with a break and enter.

On Nov. 2, 2013 at approximately 12:10 a.m. police responded to a report of a break and enter that occurred earlier in the night at a residence along the 1100 block of 8 Avenue South. Liquor, clothing and an airsoft pellet gun were stolen.
Following further investigation a male suspect was later identified.
