Police charge male in connection with downtown break-in

MEDIA RELEASE

Lethbridge Police charged a 36-year-old male in connection with a break and enter and recovered a substantial amount of cash stolen from a downtown business.

On January 16 police responded to a report of a break-in at Leather Unlimited along the 300 block of 5 Street South after the owner found the security grill gate had been removed and a window was broken to gain entry.
