Police investigating pedestrian collision
Lethbridge Police continue to investigate a collision that resulted in two pedestrians being struck by a vehicle earlier this morning.
At approximately 7:45 a.m. police responded to a report of a pedestrian collision along the 1700 block of 3 Avenue South.
Investigation determined an SUV was travelling eastbound along 3 Avenue South when it struck two 17-year-old males crossing in the crosswalk at 17 Street South. EMS attended and transported both victims to hospital. One of the males sustained significant injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. No further information will be released at this time.
