Automated enforcement tickets to be delivered directly to registered owners

Lethbridge Police are implementing a temporary, alternative delivery method for all automated traffic enforcement tickets during the postal strike.

Effective Monday, October 6, members of the Corps of Commissionaires who are contracted to LPS, will deliver automated traffic enforcement tickets to the homes of registered owners. Disposition methods – payments or court attendance – are outlined on each ticket.

For residences without mailboxes, tickets will be affixed to the front door.

Upon the conclusion of the postal strike, tickets will resume being sent by mail.
