Investigation ongoing in death of youth
Lethbridge Police continue to investigate the death of a 13-year-old boy.
On December 26, police responded to a report of a body along the 1600 block of Mayor Magrath Drive South. The deceased was identified as a 13-year-old Lethbridge male.
The boy was transported to the Calgary Medical Examiner’s Office and police are currently awaiting autopsy results.
The investigation is ongoing, but there is no evidence to suggest any risk to the public.
No further information will be released at this time.
