UPDATE: Subject identified and charged

UPDATE: The suspect has been identified. Further investigation has resulted in 35-year old male, Kirk Timm, being charged with robbery.  Timm is currently in custody and awaiting a Judicial Interim Release Hearing.

PREVIOUSLY RELEASED

Lethbridge Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a male suspect in connection with a robbery. 

On June 18 at about 11:30 p.m., a male subject attended the Circle K along the 2700 block of Mayor Magrath Drive South, mentioning he had a weapon before fleeing with stolen items. 

A surveillance image is attached for release. Anyone who recognizes the subject is asked to call police at 403-328-4444 and reference file 24011599. 

Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at www.p3tips.com or by calling 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 cash for information leading to an arrest.
