Police seeking public assistance to locate missing teen

Lethbridge Police are seeking the public’s assistance to locate a missing 14-year-old girl.

Makayla Wheaton was last seen June 8 at the Wade Galloway Skate Park along the 2300 block of Parkside Drive South. Ongoing efforts to locate her have been unsuccessful and police are concerned for her well-being. 

Wheaton is known to frequent city parks and was last seen wearing a black sweater and leggings. 

Anyone who has seen Wheaton or has information on her whereabouts, is asked to call police at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25010349.
