Police thank the community for supporting Cops, Pops and Pizza fundraiser

The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS), along with other participating law enforcement agencies, extend sincere thanks to the community for its generosity during the annual Cops, Pops and Pizza fundraiser hosted by the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics (LETR) on December 5, 2025.

This year’s event, held at the Boston Pizza along on Mayor Magrath Drive South, was another tremendous success. Boston Pizza not only provided an excellent venue but also contributed a generous cheque for $7,664.42. Combined with merchandise sales and cash donations, the fundraiser reached a total of $14,715.42—more than $2,000 above last year’s amount. All proceeds go directly to support Special Olympics Alberta.

The LPS and LETR are grateful to Boston Pizza and everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and supported this year’s event. Your continued commitment helps make a meaningful difference for Special Olympics athletes and programs in our community.
