Reporting

There may be times when you need to report an incident, crime or concern to the Lethbridge Police Service (LPS). While the traditional means of calling the police are always available, LPS has also developed additional tools for reporting:

  • Collision Reporting - for information about how to respond when a vehicle has been in an a collision with another vehicle, a pedestrian, an animal or if a hit-and-run has taken place

  • Missing Persons Reporting - anyone can report a missing person and you do not have to wait a set time to file a missing persons report (eg. 24 hours, 48 hours, etc.).

  • Online Reporting - certain crimes, particularly ones that do not require immediate assistance, can be reported online

You can also provide anonymous reports about criminal activity to Crime Stoppers, an independent organization that will share tips with local law enforcement agencies.
