Police arrest male for breaching release conditions

Lethbridge Police have arrested a 62-year-old man for breaching the conditions of his release stemming from a previous charge of impaired driving causing death.

In June 2018 the male was charged by RCMP with impaired driving causing death in connection with a fatal motor vehicle collision near Coalhurst. Since then he has failed to attend court several times.  On the evening of January 15, 2019 police located the subject at a local hotel where he was found in breach of his release conditions and arrested without incident.
