Police seeking public assistance to identify suspect in a bike theft investigation
Lethbridge Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a male suspect in connection with a bike theft investigation.
On August 9, between 3:00 and 5:30 p.m., two unknown individuals attended the downtown public library, each riding a bicycle. One of the subjects used a set of bolt cutters to cut the lock of a parked bicycle and proceeded to leave the area, rolling the stolen bicycle away while continuing to ride his own.
The subject was recorded on video surveillance. Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call police at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25015348.
